We take great pleasure in personally crafting menus for each event, selecting the highest quality, seasonally appropriate ingredients. Our menus of handmade hors d'ouevres run the gamut from precious to hearty, quirky to kitsch. Lavish buffets groan under a burden of plenty, while plated dinners range from warm and rustic to sophisticated and formal. As classically trained chefs, we are comfortable cooking in a variety of different cultural food traditions - Eastern and Western, with New World flair or Old World charm.
